White Fasting in Indonesia is called puasa mutih .

How to do:

Start fasting as soon as you wake up or anytime as long as you eat once. By the way, you can drink anytime as long its a water or something white (such as milk)

Foods that are permissible to eat and drink :

  • egg white
  • 4 spoon rice a day
  • salt
  • water
  • white milk

Do this for 3-7 days but the more you do it, the more you will achieve. Another tip to get a sixth sense,while doing white fasting is to learn and research chakra meditation. If you do many meditations while fasting, it can help to achieve this with less of a struggle.

WARNING: fasting as suggested here can be hazardous to your health; especially if you have underlying medical conditions such as diabetes. The article fails to mention that such fasting is normally only done from sunrise to sunset and you can eat full means after sunset. As a medical professional, I would not recommend this practice.
