If you wish to be the leader of the coven, this is the form you must fill out. Please read and understand the following before applying for a
coven.
- Coven leaders are required to maintain their coven, this includes:
- Writing a short summary of the coven
- Writing the main coven description
- Editing the coven spellbooks for typos, grammar, spelling, punctuation and proper HTML formatting
- Removing inappropriate spell and article submissions from their spellbooks
- Monitoring the coven's forums for inappropriate submissions
- Creating a coven logo and icon
- Keeping an active number of "council" members to ensure the coven continues to grow and be active
- Punishing (by removal) of members who make personal attacks against other covens or website visitors
- Optionally selecting a co-owner as either Priest or Priestess
- Coven leaders (and co-leaders) must also:
- Present their real gender in their profiles
- Include instructions in their bio about joining the coven if the coven does not auto-accept members
- The following requirements must be met before your application will be looked at:
- You must be an active member of this website for at least a month.
- You must have contributed to the forums, or spells, or elsewhere and have shown a knowledge of the craft
- Your application will be automaticlly rejected if you do any of the following:
- Message any admin of the website regarding the status of your application
- Have a record of spamming forums or members with private messages
Any coven leader which does not follow the above rules are at risk of losing their coven to a new leader, and possibly have their coven removed from
the website entirely. Editing information after a coven has been approved is allowed though the admin tools, however, the restrictions and
requirements listed below still remain.
You will be asked to enter information below to ensure that you are able to handle the tasks of running a coven. Any failure will result in your coven
application being rejected.
If your application is rejected for not meeting ANY of the above criteria you will be banned from making another application for a minimum of 60 days.
