I have been doing formal and casual research projects on psychic vampires, energy sapping, psychic protection, etc. but I was wondering if anyone has heard of giving energy to others who maybe have a broken or damaged spirit.

I believe that energy is used for healing in pretty much every way, but what if the energy was coming directly from somebody else?

Of course sending positive energy to people is very common but how do you guys think I could become a source of energy for all those who meet me? I have some ideas of my own but I would like to hear from you all as well <3 thanks already!
