Are there any tips or tricks to open your third eye? I have tried many methods after I've meditated, from visualizing a purple light emitting from the top of my head slowly going down to the space between my eyebrows, to closing my eyes while looking up at the center of my forehead and visualizing a eye opening. Any help would be greatly appreciated :).
