After studying and delving into higher self work, I started having strange dreams. At first I thought I was losing my mind. I saw wars, death, birth, you name it. Then all of my dreams started to focus on bits and pieces of my life as though I was reviewing them in slow motion and great detail. At first this left me a bit upset, but by stepping back and looking at it from another perspective I have been able to learn quite a bit from it. I actually got to the point where I could dictate what I did in the dream. I would "fast forward" or "rewind" and view different parts to learn from them.

All of a sudden this ability stops and I started having weird dreams again with people I barely know popping by to visit -.-. Regardless, I was wondering if anyone else had experienced what I had after doing higher self work?
