Stand outside in a garden or street and concentrate on a single cloud. Just imagine all the other clouds have dissapeared and it it just you and your cloud left. Now chant this:

God of Heaven use your might, descend from the the sky golden rays of light!

If you do not work with the Christian God, or even believe in Heaven, do not call on him. Weather Magik also requires a lot more energy to work, so as outlined, I doubt it will do much. Also, if there is only one cloud in the sky, or the forecast calls for sun in the afternoon, I would argue it is nature, not your spell that did anything. As outlined, this is more of a prayer to Yahweh than a spell, so I would have an offering of thanks on hand since He's doing all the work for you.
