Get your wand and cast the circle after that point your wand in the clouds and chant 5 times:

I cast the magic circle and request for thee Gods of Thunder, grant my blessing, give me rain, fill the lands with healthy harvest, and earth plants with moisture and healthiness. So mote it be.

This is fake and does not work. Weather Magik requires a lot more effort than pointing your wand and demanding random deities to do something for you. Not to mention it is incredibly disrespectful. Unless you are gifted in Weather Magik, this will do nothing. At best, it might get cloudy, but you are not charging any Magik for this spell, ergo it will not work. You are demanding a bunch of unnamed deities do something for you with nothing in return. That is the quickest way to upset a deity.
