I've never done it but please contact me if it works and you can be inside or outside..... and tell me the side affects too.

You don't need a spell to be a witch, it's just a name. You should study and practice, but if you want to call yourself a witch you can simply call yourself a witch.

The same way you study any subject. Research and practice. There's a plethora of resources online if you google it. [there's a ton of information here. you could ask questions in the forums for example]

This is not how you become a witch. It is through study and practice, not a spell.
