Hold your hand flat, as if you are going to karate chop someone, and visualize your chosen energy shooting from your middle finger, straight then loop round to your wrist. Charge your attack with mana then go for it. This is no use physically but will harm your target mentally and spiritually. It can be used from a long distance by invading your target’s mind. If they have a strong shield this will be useless but if they have little to no experience in magic everything should be all right :).
