If you have the candles place them in a triangle around you.
Relax and open your mind up to anything.
Imagine you're in a dream.
There is a hole and then you climb in.
You're in a black room.
There are bubbles and every one represents a dream.
Here you can change your dreams.

I’m confused. Is this meant to be a guided meditation? What is the purpose of this ritual? Is this to help with lucid dreaming, as you’re “changing your dream”? I wouldn’t recommend falling asleep with candles near you either, as that can be a fire hazard.
