Set up your candles in the order of red and black in a circle around you put the mirror in front of you and light each candle on the red ones when you light it say:

Hades

and on the black ones say:

"Death while doing so you should be in the middle of the circle of candles."

When they are all lit you should chant while looking into the mirror:

"Hades oh Hades powerful god of the underworld I wish to speak with you Hades oh Hades."

Three times then stare deeply into the mirror and he should appear for a short time but long enough to talk to.

Does it work

You could always give it a try, but you should add to it [like an offering, actual reason you're welcoming him into your circle, saying goodbye at the end] As outlined, I think it's fake. I work with Hades and I've never done this myself. I have an altar to him I meditate and pray in front of, and when I cast circle, I light his candle, say a welcome prayer, and that's kind of it. If you're wanting to work with Hades, I suggest researching him, creating an altar if possible, praying to him, leaving offerings, and giving thanks in his honour [he loves stuff for his wife, so include stuff for Persephone too] Ancient Greeks would pound the ground before leaving offerings [since he lives underground, I guess it's their way of knocking lol] so when I place an offering outside, I pound on the ground three times, say a quick blessing, then leave the offering. You can do this too, just be observant of any signs he's willing to work with you. Hades isn't as scary as people think. He's direct and doesn't like his advice being ignored, so if you're wanting to ask him about a problem, and he gives you a solution, do that. If you choose not to, there's a good chance he won't bother helping next time.
