Light the red candle Make sure to visualize and focus on your wish for the person of your dreams to fall deeply in love with you. Write your names in the middle of the piece of paper. Dissolve the saffron in the water.
Dip your finger in the (yellow) water and draw a circle around your names. Repeat this step 13 times.Take the red candle and drop 13 drops of wax in the circle. Take the bay leaf, primrose and fennel seeds and place them in the circle. Again, take the red candle and drop 13 drops of wax on the herbs.
