  9. Invoke blessings of goddess on all foods.
  10. Join hands with friends often.
  11. Keep a mortar and pestle for protection.
  12. Love goes into every dish.
  13. Mindfully gather ingredients.
  14. No wasting, recycle, compost, feed animals.
  15. Open your senses, enjoy the surroundings.
  16. Play as well as work.
  17. Quench thirsty, think clear, clean Rivers.
  18. Resolve to be grateful and waste not.
  19. Smell fragrance and anticipate flavors.
  20. Thank the universe and goddess for health.
  21. Use utensils carefully, then clean up.
  22. Value time spent with family.
  23. When possible grow and harvest your food.
  24. Xtra salt will prevent hunger.
  25. Yearly ritual and feasts build transactions.
  26. Zestful living in every area is our goal.
