Casting Instructions for 'Relaxation Tea (Read Warning)'
Put all the ingredients in boiling water, stir, and let steep for about fifteen minutes. Strain and pour then drink.
Valerian should not be prepared in boiling water, so make sure the water isn't boiling.
If the tea is too cold for your liking, just add a tiny bit of boiling water to it afterwards.
It goes well (in my opinion) with scones and jam. But everything goes well with scones and jam.
The tea is good for insomnia, anxiety, depression, digestive problems, tension, stress, headaches.
Try putting all the dry ingredients in a jar and keep it out of sunlight. You can make tea whenever you like this way.
VALERIAN can have SIDE EFFECTS. You can choose not to put it in, but that will limit the abilities of the tea. SIDE EFFECTS of VALERIAN can be caused by EXCESSIVE use so be careful when you measure it out. SIDE EFFECTS can include: headaches, migraines, stomach aches, night terrors, and possible increase in depression. DO NOT USE TOO MUCH VALERIAN. If you wish, use less than the recipe provided.
