Valerian should not be prepared in boiling water, so make sure the water isnt boiling. If the tea is too cold for your liking, just add a tiny bit of boiling water to it afterwards. It goes well (in my opinion) with scones and jam. But everything goes well with scones and jam. The tea is good for insomnia, anxiety, depression, digestive problems, tension, stress, headaches. Try putting all the dry ingredients in a jar and keep it out of sunlight. You can make tea whenever you like this way.
