Place necklace around your neck then say:

"Dragon pendant around my neck
Shall grant me the power of a dragon form
With wings, a tail and scaled feet of golden hide
Magicks of earth, fire and water open to me
My view shall be ever changed
Dragon pendent around my neck
shall be my gateway to transform
From great scaled beast
To mortal form
With this word of power
I use my pendent to transform
From mortal to dragon
From dragon to mortal"

Sorry to say, but you can't physically transform into a Dragon [astrally, maybe, but I've never tried it] I would alter the chant and use it as a protection charm, possibly luck or money charm. Something to attract positive energy into your life by calling on Dragons for assistance.

You cannot physically transform into a dragon.
