You will need the following items for this spell:

• 1 red candle
  
• 1 white candle
  
• 1 picture of what you wish to look like
  
• 1 fire (NOT THE FIRE FROM THE CANDLES A SEPERATE FIRE)

a spell to make you as muscular as you wish

Casting Instructions for 'Muscle Growth spell Spell'

place the red candles on your left and the white candle on your right. hold the picture tightly to you close your eyes and with total concentration say

to look like this is my wish
make my body change
for i am not happy with who i may be

now burn the picture. and chant again while the picture is burning
