Go to a private place. Lie down or sit down, whichever is most comfortable for you. Think of something, or you could count to 100, or you could count down from 100. If you mess up, you have to start again. If you know how it feels when your leg falls asleep, that's how your body should feel. Then, that would be the window of opportunity. Imagine yourself getting lighter and lighter and floating into the air to the ceiling, or, if you're outside, the sky.
