Hi, i´m Lardock, im a 23 year old male and here´s my case.
Many birds deliverately fly into the wheels of my car while driving. After a seemingly monotone part of my day, which is driving, when interesting stuff never happens (after discovering i´m in my spiritual awakening), many birds have been hitting my car since last week. It´s weird that i can´t understand what they want or what this phenomenon means. I usually understand these sings, like an epiphany, but i´m in a void right now. Just some days ago I found a baby bird near my car, before driving to college (I park at a spot I rent to a neighbor), and the day after, being 3 days ago, I witnessed the fall of a bird who hit the ground, and I placed it at the bottom of a bush in the local park. Birds yall... I dont get along with them, i´m an animal charmer, dog person mainly, but ive been hitting birds with my car because for the first time in my life ive noticed they just see me coming and fly into my car like a well placed deer in a generic zombie movie. It wasn´t like that before. Someone please share me an interpretation of this events, please add some perspective to me so I can, at least, have my feet on the ground.

Trust you well, so reading your post, I would just like to share my thoughts on what you have said, which to me, seems more of a spiritual sign or messages/signs from the universe rather than an omen of a negative nature so to speak.
I myself look upon the universe for signs and messages and I have become absolutely dependent I should say upon recieving it's signs and messages. And all to often, we don't necessarily receive signs or messages that is handed to us on a silver platter. Sometimes this signs seem to be a total opposite of what we would rather expect to receive.
And an example of what you are speaking of, is anything but, a sign or message on a silver platter, however, please do not consider this as being an omen of negativity. I tell you why, it's because as you mentioned that you are currently going through a Spiritual Awakening, which obviously, you are going through it at your own pace and your own way, which im sure is a rather personal experience.
So coming back to the topic of the birds, birds generally have a very spiritual meaning and connection to us. And the very obvious meaning of a bird in spirituality is, it symbolises freedom and connection to the spiritual and divine realms as well as the mystical realms. And by just looking at a bird, being spiritual or not, it just gives us a sense of freedom and and knowing we have the ability to rise above obstacles.
An absolute basic meaning of birds as a sign or message.
So some things that you may want to look at closely is like, the colour of birds that you hit whilst driving or the type of bird that you continued hitting over the past week. I will understand that its not something that you may have taken notice to, rather than just the thought of hitting a bird, however different birds and different colours of birds do have different spiritual meaning and significance. Example, say you hit a sparrow whilst driving. Now the sparrow symbolises self worth and triumph over adversity on one hand, and on the other hand, suffering leading to awakening. So taking consideration into what birds you hit, will definitely give you more clarification as the significance or meaning, like i said, not necessarily a bad omen.
Bird symbolism has been around for ages, in all religions and faith and also exists in magick. Birds can represent Gods/ Goddess/ Deities/ Angels/ Spirit/ or just a sign of good faith. A spirit creature? Yes, carrying messages? Yes.
And undoubtedly, it's a connection with our own unconscious mind.
Ironically, not reading too much into these signs, you could find the positive side to this occurrences and that is, its a part of your spiritual awakening process. You could look at it as an end is near, meaning a hard time or an illness, or maybe just a confusing part of your life that probably gave you sleepless night. Or even maybe a time where you were suppose to be free willed or free spirited, something cut you short of that, and now that time is coming to an end. So here we see the bird which represented your free spirit at one stage and how it was cut of, just like how the end of the birds free spirit is abruptly cut short. So the bird is showing you a sign or giving you a message and acknowledgement of what you experienced. And that part is coming to an end. A new start awaits you. Because not all endings are sad, because they pave the way for new beginnings.
Also something to consider, hitting a bird whilst you are driving, it shows the obvious that you are concentrating on the road ahead which your main and only priority at that given time. And when you hit the bird, all of a sudden your attention is switched. To that of what happened, it's like a really quick wake up call, the bird suddenly gets your attention. So this could probably also mean, that your mind is concentrating on certain aspects of your life, your atrension is given to other aspects of your life. So what happens is, is this birds, or messangers, try to get your atrension, risking their own selves just to get your atrension, because something needs to change in your life, something needs to end, and by the universe or Spiritual realm displaying this sign, probably its the best sign to get your atrension and for you to listen to them.
A jarring interruption that urges you to pay closer attension to what's happening in your life. A personal message from the universe guiding you towards something important.

Hi. Seeing black birds could indicate that you're under some sort of spellwork. As a person of God myself, I usually find myself seeing a lot of black birds as witches tend to lash on me as my personal spiritual punching bag.
Seeing white birds usually means good fortune, prosperity and abundance. Such as white butterflies, all flying animals carry different omens and meanings depending on where your beliefs are centered to.
Per example, the color white in the chinese/buddhist tradition represents death and bad luck.
It depends on how you interpret the omens. If you believe a black bird brings good luck, it most certainly will. It all has to do with manifestation and the counsciousness of Elohim.
