I am not sure what there is to examine really... Dyed hair is a fashion choice, and only occasionally associated with anything. Even then it is just an act of association with (or demonstration of) a particular sub-culture. Like black hair and pale faces among 'goth' culture. Or tall spoked and brightly colored 'punk' hairstyles. Or dyeing/bleaching hair into blonde shades to try for a glamorous/showy ideal. Why do you feel like there is something that associates this person's hair color with her actions? What does the hair mean to you?

Saying a person has been out-witting you is missing a lot of context. For how long? In what ways? Is this socially? Professionally/scholastically? Stealing/manipulating friends or other relations? Are you competing with this person for something and she just seems to always be a step ahead? If so, in what ways?
