Kinesis & elemental magic

How can I perform kinesis and elemental magic. Those are the main things I'm focusing on.

What's the best way to use it and how can I use it in daily living.

For humans, kinesis of any sort (telekinesis, pyrokinesis, etc) isn't possible with real magic on the physical plane. Remember that magic follows the laws of nature based on whatever plane you happen to be working on, and the changes that magic makes have to be possible in the first place.

That said, if you really want to look into kinesis, you'll want to do some research into psionics. I'm not at all saying that kinesis is possible with psionics either, but that's generally what it falls under.

AS for elemental magic, you work with the energy of the elements to give power to your spells. You can't control wind, fire, water, etc.
