Please help me out,I need a strong spell to brake curse on me, and i want to understand who I am , for very long time I can't save upto $300 , I dream alot but I never remember any,please I also need someone I can give my name (details)to check about me who I am and why am suffering since I was bron am 33 now
1. a curse on you: How do you know there's a curse on you? Curses are a lot rarer than people think. [misfortune alone isn't a curse] Normally, what we think is a curse is either to normal life cycles, a lesson you're not learning, or a buildup of negative energy [think of when someone does something to upset you. You walk around feeling angry/annoyed. This charges you with negative energy. Negative energy then sticks to you and your space because it's denser than positive energy. If it's not cleansed away regularly, it builds and can affect you] There's a simple way to check with matches. Get a bowl of water and 2 matches. Hold the matches and focus on your question "was I cursed" When you feel ready [seriously, sit with the question for a minute, thinking "was I cursed" over and over until you feel it's time to check] light the matches at the same time, then drop them in the water at the same time. If they float away from each other, you're not cursed. If they touched, either someone tried and failed, or you just need a cleanse, if they cross, you've been cursed.
2. Why do you need 300$? You don't have to tell me. My point is, you don't need 300$ to cast a spell. If you're buying a spell, I'd advise against it because it's most likely a scam. You can cleanse yourself with a salt bath. You can protect yourself by sprinkling ground eggshells around your property line [it takes a little more work than that, you need to focus your intention and charge magick for the process, but it can be that simple and cheap] I'd understand spending money on spell items like Florida Water, but it isn't necessary unless you need a heavy-duty cleanse [and even then, you can find an alternative] You can do a simple money chant, money bowl, money charm, or money candle depending on what you have available to you. Be aware, you won't instantly receive 300$, you need to work for it. Sometimes, there's a cheque in the mail, but that's normally the result of expecting the cheque and it's been delayed.
3. Dreams: Keep a journal or other recording device by your bed. We lose about 95% of our dream within the first 5 minutes of waking. Recording what you remember the second you wake up will slowly train your brain into remembering your dreams. It doesn't have to be detailed at first. If you just remember "ball" that's fine. Slowly, you'll remember the colour and what you were doing with the ball the more you practice.
4. Suffering since birth, I'm not sure how to help with that. I'd suggest therapy since it's probably a combination of childhood trauma and mental health issues. Spiritually speaking, affirmations, meditation, journaling and shadow work are just some of the ways you can improve your life. I would make a list of what matters most to you and focus on improving that first instead of thinking you can wake up tomorrow and be all "new day, new me!" it takes time. To quote one of my favourite shows "It gets easier. Every day it gets a little easier. But you've got to do it every day. That's the hard part. But it does get easier." Don't get discouraged if you stumble, but you need to wake up every day determined to do one thing to improve. [and I understand what it's like to be depressed and the idea of getting out of bed is exhausting. I'm not saying if you're struggling with mental health "think positive" will fix it. I'm saying if all you did today because you were depressed was drink water, be proud of yourself for choosing water. Tomorrow, try brushing your teeth or having a salad instead of junk food for 1 meal. It's baby steps]
There are magickal ways to improve your life, but they're not a quick fix. [they also require energy] If you wish to overhaul your life, firstly, please don't do this all at once, build on it each day.
Cleanse yourself and your home. This would also include physically cleaning yourself and your home. Decluttering too.
Protect yourself and your home. Wards. Charms. Sigils. Chants. All of these and more can and should be used in various combinations to protect yourself. [it's also wise to make them unique so no two witches know how to disenchant another's protections]
Affirmations, mantras and prayers. If you have a spiritual team, get to know them. Prayers, petitions, and offerings are a great way to build this foundation. Saying an affirmation or having a mantra can change your mindset. Something like "I am enough" or "I am powerful" something that is written in a statement, not "I will be happy" you're telling the universe this is who you are "I am loved" this charges the energy around you to attract what you say is true.
Spells. Look into what you need most, but casting a spell for wealth, then luck, love, and whatever else will charge the energy further and tell the universe what you need. Be aware of how much energy you have to give, and don't stretch yourself too think.
Improve your health. Healthy body, healthy mind. Keep track of how you spend your day, and seek ways to improve it. Instead of 5 hours on social media, cut back by 30 minutes every week until you're at a comfortable spot. Instead of 8 cups of coffee, switch to tea, and eventually water or smoothies. Set a timer to go off every hour to remind you to stretch, or take a deep breath.
Meditation. There are plenty of free apps and videos to help you, but meditation isn't just sitting quietly. It's all about being present. Sitting with your morning brew and watching the morning unfold is meditation. Doing dishes while focusing on how the water feels is meditation. God for a walk and observing the surroundings is meditation. Whatever takes you out of your head and into the now is meditation.
Journaling. I know I mentioned therapy and shadow work, but they're important. If you feel you need more professional help like a therapist or spiritual counsellor, you can hire one, or just journal and reflect on your thoughts alone. What matters is you're not ignoring things. You're taking the time to reflect, acknowledge, heal, and grow.
And above all else, remember: you don't have to be perfect. You can stumble. What matters is you get back up when you realize. [trust me, I've done this song and dance for as long as you have. I used to go years between trying again, now, I might forget for a few days to 2 weeks, but I'm back up quicker than before. just keep trying]
