Weird dream I have

Hey, has anyone ever dreamt that you're bound to your bed and no-one can hear you? If not, it's probably just me.

People have experienced the same both in dreams and in a strange semi-conscious state called sleep paralysis. It is mos certainly a known dream trope, and sleep paralysis is fairly commonly heard of.
