i need someone powerfull to do a spell on me allowing me to at will turn into a animal whenever i want if u can do this for me let me know or if u know of someone who can do this for me i need this done sooner than later

You posted a similar ask a few days ago and were informed that you cannot become something other than human. Anyone who claims they can do that for you is either lying or misinformed.

There are people who practice shifting on the astral plane, however. Physical shapeshifting is impossible, though.

I'd recommend looking more into what magick can and cannot do.
