Sometimes we talk about the basic outline of magick a bit much and we forget the raw nature of what magick is and could be to witches. Especially lately i have received so many idea's from member's here on the site and i believe its important to continue something i feel strongly towards that could benefit other practitioners. Not all views of how magick works are the same, and some people are not always comfortable talking about their magick views because it might effect how others perceive them. I certainly believe in many things, i also believe we should be cautious about what kinds of magick are real and which ones are just honest figments of our imaginations. Practicing magick is about like a full time job, you have to attend and train, question everything, and continue developing spiritually all the time.
Astral projection is my favorite practice its also not one i like to talk or teach about because of how weird it can be to discuss certain events and the proceedings that led to my development in that. The experiences are different for witches of course but i have noticed a pattern, the people who do use this practice all explain it the same way but with different situations, and terminology. I took the liberty of adding some links to each area i want to discuss that can potentially help with step by step's so feel free to expand your mind . Astral Projection made my list in this post because of how i decided to use it in my practice with spell casting and spiritual contact. The Astral world is much like this one, and then some of the planes that exists are not at all like ours. My guess is it just depends where you decide to go and how you take off with it. When your in this astral state it allows your spiritual self to move throughout the universal system with quite endless possibilities. Spells can be cast with only the use of your knowledge to energy work , meditation, and even kundalini yoga and so many more that give you that extra help you use to cast spells. Its an experience that has little words and i hope more people get into the practice. Aeromancy is an amazing practice and alongside of working with palm reading its one my oldest choices of divination and spell casting. Originally i loved the idea of working with interrupting cloud patterns, but it was not the main reason i decided to pursue this practice. The wind has always been my oldest friend, when i was younger i can remember being alone on my adventures in nature. I preferred it this way so i could be a little weird in nature and be myself and not have to worry about anything but feeling the wind on my face. When i learned about Aeromancy i was already a little developed in energy work and of course air was the element i lingered on the most during meditation so naturally the practice spoke to me. I learned the wind can carry your word's through the world, not a matter of a physical echo but a spiritual one that speaks through your soul. Over years of developing this practice with a combination of spiritual and astral influence i have made it an adventure like none other. Its incredible what you can pick up in the world and one's far away that benefit the soul in the most peaceful way and sometimes in the most mundane ways. Spirits exist in all forms of nature, there are spirits that travel with the wind and working with them over the years has been an extraordinary pleasure.
Magick can be found in everything and the practices stretch far beyond our time, but its important to know that even though something does seem a bit out of the box that doesnt mean it won't work for you and certainly does not mean its not real.
