I do not know of a spell that will just clear your addiction. Breaking an addiction can be very difficult. Magic just can't wipe it away. Mantras, meditation, rituals, cleansing can help, but there is much more that you would need to do and pay attention to.

Counciling, therapy, support groups, rehab, can be a giant help. Getting to the root of your addiction, stabilizing your life, getting away from the drugs and drug users is usually paramount to recovery.

By all means use magic to help you, but you have to also do the work, fight the temptation and cravings. Detox can be very brutal and I suggest seeking mundane help. I hope that you find the help you need and make a healthy recovery.

I'm inclined to agree with Ms. Sparrow. Both my mother and father were drug addicts and alcoholics, and while my mother was eventually able to get out of that world, it consumed most of her life until her death. Magic very well may be able to help you, but concerning issues like these, it's important to remember that magic is just a tool, something to help us along like therapy and councilling.

Vices are distinguished mainly by their consequences. Some are just ignored so when the consequences are not irreversible. From this perspective, you need a great ally against addiction: yourself. What does that mean? It means recognizing the urges that entice you to do something that harms you (or does not help at all), first to substitute for another action that will help you. Personally, to write I drank junk, which, in addition to fattening me, made me sick. I distinguished the impulse in me that led me to them, even looking "natural," and replaces the drinks with water. I even drink them once a week (at most), but hype water daily that helps me at all. "Know your enemy as yourself that you need not fear the outcome of a hundred battles" - Sun Tzu.
