Ki balls

Pls am new here and I want to know if there's anyone who can teach me about how ki balls are formed.

you mean psi balls, or are we talking DBZ balls of energy you shoot at people because one of those things aren't real.

there's simple beginners one you could try, once you know how to charge/ground energy in your body, have the energy travel down your arms and pool in your hands, visualize and feel a ball forming. move your hands closer and farther apart and visualize/feel the energy growing, pushing against your hands. you could try gently rubbing your hands together in a circular motion to build up energy beforehand too.
