new and need help

Hello to all, I need to cast a spell on a debtor, long story short, i was in default in my student loan, i called them and set up payment arrangement, come to find out they are taking my taxes of 4k. Not happy. they told me I would be fine. Is there a way to put a spell ? a chant. something. they are crooks and need to pay. I called them and put a complaint in, all calls are recorded so they can go back and listen when the rep stated i was out of default. I dont have supplies, I have basic candles. but all suggestions would be great.

It is probably the legal system, and not magic, that would serve you best.

These people are most often scammers and are often after money, offering things that are simply not possible with magick.
