Rune Divination

I've been trying to learn more about divination through runes, and I don't fully understand how it works. I know that the runes mean different things, but I don't understand how to cast the runes and read them correctly. If anyone can explain it to me, that would be much appreciated. "Runelore" by Edred Thorsson
