How to start magic site?

So I've been trying to start a website about magic and spells and such, but I haven't found the right way to do it. The website has to be completely free to make, though. Can someone help me?

The best thing I can suggest is to watcg plenty of videos on hiw to get started on a site and also I recommend you create your website on webs(.)com, it's free as well.
