my magistra taught me that the verbal spells are worthless, magic is the energy and essence of you inside and out, the force that combines all life. Magic is able to be controlled once you can use what is inside you, magic used this way is done through your feelings and emotions. then you can use whats around you, but to do this you need to become in sinc to your surroundings. and then you are useing magic. words where used by few people to help focus themselves on themselves. so unless your a silver-tongued magus or mage you have no use for words.
While words, tools, and a lot of the theatrics involved in a lot of magic aren't necessarily required they do help a lot if you are a beginner and need help focusing. They're also pretty great for adding a little extra kick later on because you can psych yourself up for it.
Back to the original post though, if a spell claims to do something that isn't physically possible it won't work. Spells to summon an animal familiar to you will not work, familiars are spirits rather than animals. Spells you don't believe will work, won't work.
The best thing to do is to start small and work up. Use whatever tools you have and feel like you need. Push yourself a little at a time, take notes and see what works best for you. This isn't a science necessarily, but treating each spell as an experiment and keeping track of your results helps a lot in my experience.

which is supposed to change you voice to sound like someone else. I think this one could work, but I don't know if its to far fetched or not. And does it have to be done at 3AM, because I am 15 and waking up to do this that late is kind of hard to do.
This spell is designed to make you sing like a celebrity by changing your voice, but this is simply not possible.
It is probably best if you leave spells till you understand what magick can and cannot do.
You can train your voice and increase its pitch with constant focus, but nothing will reduce the vocal cords after they have lengthened (what gives you a deep voice), training is the closest you will be able to get to a higher voice.
You can also play with your inflection some, in addition to the vocal training. I've got a buddy who's voice is much higher than mine when he's using his normal levels of inflection, but if he's sick or upset and stops inflecting his voice gets much deeper.
Long relaxed vocal chords give you a deep voice, so you'll want to train to keep them a bit tensed. It's just practice, you'll get there.
As a beginner you shouldn't be worried about spells honestly. Maybe I'm just old fashioned but a good knowledge of magick, how and why it works, and things like that should be a foundation. Through this kind of study we learn much like what's real and possible and what isn't.
