Maya, you're better off actually learning magic: What it is and how it actually works.
A spell may not do what you want in this case. You may prefer to change some aspect(s) of yourself rather than trying to change the minds of others. But then, you could also use magic (techniques) to influence others to like you. But beware ending up being fake simply for the sake of popularity. Such foundations tend to crumble.
Also you may not like the reality of what you are requesting. If you're introverted, being surrounded by socially energetic people will be exhausting, if you are. That doesn't mean the people won't like you by any means.
Popularity -- in the school sense -- can potentially be a very demanding situation. You'll be expected to be certain places with certain people, and your absence can result in scathing remarks from people, or even being scorned by them, who value nothing more than social status, expressed solely by making an appearance.
That doesn't mean you cannot be well-liked and well-known.
Just carefully consider many aspects of yourself, and how some things would affect you.
You're young, yet. You have a lot to learn about genuine and fake people, what it is to truly be liked, and so much more.
