Hello, guys...I've been wondering if an effective working fairy/faerie spell is possible for me. Because I love the way they cast magic spells and fly with full liberty and wear cute clothes. Please don't be mean, I won't have that here and I'm only asking a question. Thank you.

Hello love, sadly you cannot turn into a fairy in the physical realm that we live in. But as mentioned above, you can definitely shift into one during astral projection and also if you lucid dream you can fulfill you fantasy of being a fairy. Some fairies can be cute, they are beautiful and unique creatures, but they can be far from cute as well. They can be unkind and evil just like some humans. You can message me anytime with questions on the fae! They really are interesting I don't blame you for being interested in being one:) But there is much more to them than you may think apart from how movies or tv shows may depict them.

Sorry but that's not how magick works. Some do believe faeries are real and you can work with them, but you cannot become one or gain their powers or anything else. They're more like spirits of nature.
Regarding clothes and what you feel faeries are, you could always dress and act that way. I don't mean wear wings and claim you're a faerie, but you could wear outfits inspired by faeries, and if you feel faeries are kind, you can be kind to others. Good luck to you.

So far the four posts you have made to this site have been asking for spells that do not exist as they are not real magic but rather things out of fantasy novels and movies. I'd suggest starting by learning what real magic is all about and how it operates so that you won't be led astray by things out of movies and TV shows. You might start with the Basics Expanded thread in the General Info forum.
Magick cannot and will not allow you to become anything but human. Magick works within the laws of nature, altering the inner world and interacting with it, as well as subtly altering the strings of fate.
That said, the previous points are spot on in relation to what fairies actually are. They aren't cute little flower sprites that do good things and grant wishes.
To quote one of my favorite films...
Sarah: Ow! It bit me!
Hoggle: What'd you expect fairies to do?
Sarah: I thought they did nice things, like... like granting wishes.
Hoggle: Shows what you know, don't it?
Fairies are chthonic spirits that dwell in the underworld, Elphame, and are dangerous in folklore. They can abduct people, cause blights on livestock and crops, disease, feed on their souls, steal infants, and other debachery.
They can range from beings not far off from the fallen angels of the Book of Enoch, the luminous beings, to the spirits of the dead, to wights of the land itself. Some are even gods. Even the black devil of European folklore was considered a fairy lord.
I personally consider them the same thing as demons and jinn (jinn are essentially the fairies of the middle-east, rooted in ancestor and spirit worship), synonymous with the term spirit.
Now one can certainly work with the goode folk. But they aren't nice & sweet things. Some are even "evil", like the Sluegh, a Scottish fairy that is essentially a swarm of unbaptised spirits that smell like rotting flesh and grab people to drop them off great heights. Fun times eh?
