Everety one does some more then others thow and depends on the spells you try some are fantacy othera do work thow ist just a matter of testing as meaney as you can i test hundreads befor i find one working one and some work better the others for some people and som you have to gain more understanding of it to work to use a spell you got to undsrstand why it works and how what eather emotinal states or influances it has lisson to your owen thoughts the ones that come from you and inspire yout owen fellings work best then you can move up to inglunce things and others around you

Most of us here studied for years before even attempting a spell, you need a foundation of knowledge first before you can get any substantial results.

We commonly push people towards tooking at the Starting Out and Basics forums, they prove very useful for beginners to the craft.

Well dear Ally, most of the spells on here are fiction. Levitating things is not within the realm of possibility in Magick (science is getting there). The spells you tried are probably just bogus spells. My suggestion? Study up on all the resourses first. Then in 6 months to a year (sooner with a mentor) It'll be surefire that what you try'll work to some degree (assuming you try the right things). Study up Ally Cat, you've got time.

All of my sources when I was first learning were online or one of my mentor's personal BoS's so I can't help you in the hardcopy department, but these are solid links.

Levitation is possible, i have do it several times by accident but i'm not practicing it full. It is called telekinesis (mind control over matter). You can see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tIajOdC5spc

Obviously, it needs your time, so start by now.
