thats a link to my weight loss aid. it helps with cravings, but it won't magically make you wake up ten pounds lighter. you need to eat healthy and exercise. this spell is more of a motivator and [as i said] help with cravings. no spell will make you loose a bunch of weight instantly with no effort [if it did i would of used it years ago lol] good luck to you.
also, weight loss isn't as simple as 'diet and exercise' i know, but many times that's all it takes. try recording everything you eat and drink for a week. a step counter is another good idea. at the end of the week, look at your average steps and what you typically eat. chances are you don't exercise or eat as well as you think. if you have the perfect diet and exercise routine but can't loose any weight, talk to your doctor. [also, sometimes we tone but the scale doesn't move. cardio might help in this instance]
