Water and Ice

I ask pardon if my following questions could be answered by already posted forum questions.

What I would like to know:

1 - Are Water and Ice spells related (Is Ice an Extension or "advanced form" of water?)

2 - Water seems to favor me greatly. How far can I take my Magick if I focus solely around Water spells? Any advice on how I can progress as fast as possible while avoiding any danger while learning?

Water spells and ice spells like frozen and the last aibender are not possible but invoking water as the element in spells of its correspondence is though

ice is seen as a water since it's just in another form but i know people who work with it and call on it instead of water. i know of freezer spells and snow spells that use the coldness of the element to stop something [like if someone's obsessed with you] water can be used to send things away and to cleanse, so they are used the same. not an 'advanced form' just another form.

you can become proficient in potions and working with water, it's just what you like working with. nothing wrong with that, you'll focus on one aspect of magick. at some point you might hit a wall and might consider working with other forms, but there's nothing wrong with focusing on one type of magick. just remember the key is balance.
