Let me guess, the people you see are kinda blurry and shadowy, and when you hear voices and when you look where they are coming from they stopped?

Pretty much, yeah~
But they dont stay long. A second or two, enough for me to react then disappear.

A lot of people on this post have overreacted. No need to go see a doctor just yet, what your experiencing is an isolated incident and doesn't qualify you as a person for psychosis. What you are experiencing is call anxiety, we all have it, just to different degrees depending on circumstance. Houses shift on their foundation when they have aged and this can cause creaks and other noises that might frighten a person. The fact is that the human brain only receives a limited amount of information from your surroundings and your imagination fills in the blanks, sometimes that fill in the blank aspect of our psyche becomes more than we can comprehend and anxiety kicks in. It's natural, get some rest and you will feel better the following morning. If anxiety becomes pervasive in your life to the point that is effects your productivity in your career, education, or social life than go and speak to a doctor and/or therapist, but if you have one night of being afraid of the dark then I would say you are quite normal and there is no need for alarm.
