Inner demons

My friend was telling me about a spell to see your inner demons in a mirror. I forgot the spell and haven't been able to contact her. Does anyone have a spell for innter demons. I know it can be a very dangerous spell. But in not a beginner Wiccan. If anyone can help be find this spell please. Let me know.

What does being Wiccan have to do with this? Wicca is a religion, spells are not exclusive to Wicca.

By 'inner demon' do you mean actual demons or metaphorical ones? [Like dark moments and feelings you keep hidden] if it's a way to cleanse yourself of hurtful emotions and past memories it could be a simple skrying exercise. Many people who meditate must face these 'demons' as they improve with meditation. However, if you're talking about an actual demon inside of you, I don't know of such spell. Humans are not born with a demon inside them, therefore any spell boasting otherwise most likely doesn't work.

When I say I'm not a beginner wiccan. I mean I have done spells and magick before. And I mean metaphorical.
