It can if you wish to include those things, but they are not traditionally part of Wicca. That being said, Wiccans do hold the natural world in respect as it is a creation of the Lord and Lady and thus worthy of honoring.

I am not of the religion of Wicca; but Wicca has a good deal of witchcraft. To my understanding, Wicca is a fertility religion with the relationships of all Nature as male and female. I was taught to honour My Lord and My Lady as the Sun and Moon; the creators of Life.And as the whole of animal life is, by far, male and female; then Wicca is very much akin to the witchcraft I was taught. When I first read Gardner's book "Witchcraft Today" I was surprised at how much of it was taught to me by own witch teacher.
