I can't recommend the one by Penny Billington. Brendon Myers is a pretty reliable author and if you're referring to the book he co-wrote with Isaac Bonewits it would probably be a good choice. But here are some books I'd recommend:

"The Druidry Handbook: Spiritual Practice Rooted in the Living Earth" by John Michael Greer

"The Druid Magic Handbook: Ritual Magic Rooted in the Living Earth" by John Michael Greer and David Spangler

"Living Druidry : Magical Spirituality for the Wild Soul" by Emma Restall Orr

"Druid Mysteries: Ancient Wisdom for the 21st Century" by Philip Carr-Gomm

Blood And Mistletoe: The History of Druids in Britain - Ronald Hutton
The Druids - Peter Ellis Beresford
Glamoury - Magic of the Celtic Green World - Steve Blamires
Druid Animal Oracle - Philip and Stephanie Carr-Gom
The Druid Way - Philip Carr-Gom
A Druid's Herbal for the Sacred Earth - Ellen Evert-Hopman
Celtic Gods, Celtic Goddesses - R.J. Stewart

You can also find more info and more books here:

Honestly the book on druidry I've read is the Druidry Handbook by John Micheal Greer, and I found it a great tool, with a ton of useful knowledge!

In the druid group ADF there is a list of books to read and write reports on. A few of these are; Pagan Celtic Britain by Anne Ross, Celtic heritage by Rees, A brief history of Druids by Ellis and The druids by Piggott.
