Try looking up Hellenismos and Hellenic Polytheism to get some idea. Baring The Aegis and Sponde are well known site for it.

Im not the big expert, but i would say no. Pathwalking is shamanistic. I wouldnt categorize Greek traditions that way.

The closest thing i can think of to this might be the way oracles operated receiving visions. but there again, thats different then what i think you mean.

Alot of greek mythology...stories ...could be perceived as examples of pathwalking as the hero goes on a kind of mystical journey...the story of Theseus in the Maze of the Minotaur. But hten thats really abstract, and maybe too much so for what youre asking?

Anyways...

Pathwalking has nothing to go with Hellenismos. But I'm a Hellene, and have been for a while, but that doesn't mean you can't practice it. There's no specific label or Greek term for pathwalking.

I agree with the poster above, pathwalking is a shamanistic concept. As for the term you are looking for, I believe it is Hellenism.
