Do not reply to any email sent by a "spell caster", they want your email address, then you will be pestered for money! They are all scams!

I'll bet scam, especially if they're asking for large sums of money or personal information.

There are a number of reasons why your spell failed, did you charge energy, visualize, focus, ground the energy afterwards? Did you check if the spell actually worked or did you just Google search your question? Or perhaps the spell was cast correctly but the people you cast over were able to overcome the spell. Free will is a tricky factor in spells.

SpellingBee, anybody claiming to be "powerful witch" or "powerful spell caster" is lying. A spell is only a ritual wish. You can do it yourself.You do not need a spell caster.They are after your money. Never answer an e-mail address; they will then have yours!

Those that are good at casting don't need to inform people of such.
