i am new to everything some already know well. i seeking knowledge and more teachings of wicca. since most seem to think this all comes naturally since i am native american, but that is so very wrong. i have only one goal thus far, that is to learn more and understand teachings of the belief. reading books is one way of learning, but considering that english is a second language to me, reading books in english or another language is not the best way for me to learn. so if there is one whom can aide me, i shall greatly appreciate the help. thank you.
Wicca has nothing to do with you being native american. Actually that probably distances yourself even further from Wicca if you understand that Wicca was established in the 50's. There are a lot of articles on this site, however seeing as how this particular site uses English primarily, I would recommend trying to understand the language better to learn from here. Otherwise I'm not sure how to assist you.
thank you all for the replies and suggestions. i use another person whom speaks English and my language to translate things, bu they not always around to help, since they have a path to follow as well. many of the words used do not translate into my language, nor does it have the same meaning. my native beliefs are far closer to Wicca then many accept or care to believe, but since many of my culture's teaching have been distorted thru years of translations, it is not surprising some still accept they are not similar. so i shall keep trying to understand the language as best i can, and hopefully i might find one whom can aid me. but thank you all once again for the advice and suggestions. my humble respects to you all.
