Could someone tell me how to fly or self-levitate?
Also, no offence to the coven of spell casters, but can everyone avoid copying and pasting from there spells as many of them seem unreal.

focus, really really hard. and I don't mean straining your head to the point of an annurism. Just calm down close your eyes and keep trying.
you could also try flying ointment, but that involves rubbing poisin on your skin, I don't recomend it.
Flyinh ointment contains amon gst other plants Belladonna which is really dangerous and dosage sensitive. To my knowledge the ointment creates a intoxication which could give you the impression that you are flyng or floating, not really what you're looking for.
Meditation will not help you fly or levitate....it will simply put your body through a deep relaxation and your mind will make you think you are flying/levitating, but its simply your brain playing tricks on you...good fight..

Levitation is possible, but it takes years to even get yourself off the floor, maybe a decade...
Go find a tai chi master in china in a park, they may be able to help you get started.
physical levitation is possible these are some basic ideas, combine them and don't stop trying, do these while casting the levitation spell
cleanse before doing the spell
fasting days before is optional
put a feather on your third eye
you must be very relaxed and sometimes tired
light yellow or white candles
light incense (very powerful)
try according to moon phase
try it with several people
cleanse the space and turn it into a sacred space in other words cast the circle
invite wisely and protectively some air elementals into your circle as they can help lift you as well
you must do everything above while casting the light as a feather spell. this takes time to work!!!!
