magical air condationing

During this time of summer where the temp gets above 80° wouldn't it be nice to come home to a nice cool room.
" to chill a room"
Ok this isn't a spell for begainers.heck I don't even know how I pulled this off
First thing create magick circle that is completly devoted to ice. Completly no source of heat can be in the room during the casting of the spell.
Next create the biggest psi ball about 5 hand spans wide and tall.now picture it going white and whiter . So white that u can't see through it anymore.(told you this isn't for begainers)now in a clear but commanding voice tell it to come apart and take reisdence in the room. As it does this quickly say"goddes of ice hear my cry bless this room with a chill"
If done right the circle should flash a bright white. Then throw open a window
