Firstly. Everything you'll find on this site won't help. Second, just talk it out with your co-worker and try to reach a mutual understanding.

The co-worker is in a higher position than me. She has the boss' ear, so to speak. She and I have a lot of bad history and she has been very cruel to me. Talking it out wont help I am sorry to say. The relationship is broken. I have a very good relationship with my boss and will be promoted soon but not to the co-worker's level.

Hi,

I do agree a bit that your desire for her to leave does sound like it has hit the unhealthy point.

Sprinkling powder in her office is unprofessional. If someone were to find out, you could face disciplinary action and you would probably would. Karma would strike you. Also, throwing the voodoo doll out the window? That sounds quite violent and over exaggerated. I have had an annoying manager once and he claimed I worshiped Satan when he saw my pentacle necklace. In my mind, I raged, but I kept it to a minimum and forced myself to focus on the tasks at hand until I got off my shift. Maybe try some deep breathing when she angers you. If you feel you shouldn't talk it out, then simply be the bigger person and be mature despite your dislike for her. If you want to go the metaphysical route, do meditation on a daily basis. Go out for lunch in you need a break. She probably will not leave, so you will either need to come to terms with this or consider leaving yourself for the sake of your career happiness.

Hi, I had some trouble too with coworker, but after struggling with my anger I come to this kind of solution:
I calmed down, forgave her and used magic to bind her from trouble making. The next day - I came to work - I was transferred, and we got separated, after that she stopped gossips, being angry at me and so on...(long list to write :D )

By the way - shy was trying to get me fired for at least 4 months in the first place... so I guess my guardians were very strong...

Think this over and always make a decision that wont hurt others. BB :)

If your coworker "has the bosses ear" and a "high position" maybe she is more susceptible to praise...this may sound a bit absurd but have you tried blessings of good faith, improved morale, or other blessings that could help her in ways that may benefit others as well as yourself? It seems a bit to late for such actions now (especially after the voodoo doll thing Hahaha) but for future refference you should work towards building better "overall" situations in the office if not the entire company instead of resorting to acts of cowardice(like sneaking around her office and tossing voodoo dolls)So far your actions have not described you very well. She might have been a company rep in Japan by now. And problem solved!

At first the intention was for her to find a great job elsewhere with lots of blessings. When that didnt work, I tried something else, when that didnt work, I tried this and that and so on. I have much joy in my life and these feelings for her were so opposite of what I normally felt that I had to rid myself of them. It was a desperate, secret struggle that I have only admitted to here. But I have decided to quit struggling. I have accepted the fact that she will be there and is not leaving. I went into her office and we had a nice conversation. That doesnt make it all better but I have quit with my negative energy and have found acceptance. Thanks for helping me see what I had become.

I know where your coming from as for hate of a coworker, but with magic you cant throw someone's path out of wake. Every soul is on its track to being somewhere it needs to be in life, you cant simply derail there pathway for your own advances. Im not saying any individual soul has an exact set course but everything happens for a reason, and to throw a soul under the bus because its conscious host is hateful isn't healthy. But you can change the mindset of the consciousness, to better its impact on the environment. Your looking to push them out of your way, when you need to find a way you can benefit each other and keep moving forward. Magic can be powerful but there are other forces at work more important than revenge, or jealousy. You are also risking your karma coming back to return the favor
