I don't know why but I feel like I never dream. Every time I go to sleep all I see is black and then I wake up. Does this mean that I just don't remember what I dream or do I not dream at all? I don't know. Is there any way to see or remember my dreams?

I go through this too. Scientifically, we dream every night, but we don't always remember our dreams. When we sleep without the memory of any dreams, it's called the delta state of brain waves. If you want to remember more of your dreams, try making a dream bah or dream pillow. Message me and I can explain more about it. I made a dream bag once and it helped me a bit. Dream bags hold certain herbs in them that help with the dream memory. Blessings!

Everyone dreams, even animals dream. But it is not uncommon not to remember what you dreamt or that you dreamed at all.

just to add something to what lunar goddess said (and thats not a aragont name at all by the way) while its true that your brain never fully shuts down its also true that it is possible to not dream at all, some people have such a complete state of sleep that your brain is only active enough to support vital functions that run through the brain and to take in information(thats right whe actually still learn while we sleep and can remember information from that state if we learn how, its how we can be woken up by noise, its also how i am passing school)in this state the deltas are so miniscule and passive that its almost impossible to dream

People dream, you don't know it all the time, but you always dream. One way or another.

It is not unusual, however, that you don't remember your dreams. It is a part of society and, thus this is normal.

This is why you may see, people telling to keep a dream journal. A dream journal is a good idea to keep, i say. It is a journal where you write your hopes on your dreams, your veiws, your dreams, and meanings. This is not needed, is extremely useful. Why? Well it helps you find patterns of your dreans, abd can show you signs.

Good luck

By the first post, I mean you will always wish for something, how, think, your brain is always active. I did not mean, you always dream. You don't.
