I am MatchAshes

I've been on this site for a while, some of you may know me. I'm still fairly new though and already experienced the minor annoyances more experienced users have.

I have not been in the craft long and am looking for a Coven knowing I learn better with people. I've been intrigued by this for a while and find the world more beautiful now than ever before. I am very eager to learn.

I am in a Protestant Christian house, which is very different from Catholicism. No praying to the Virgin Mary, no prayer beads, no pope, no confessions. It's a straight line from you to god, no booster packs required. I'm chalking it up to an interesting twist in my path. I just thought I should inform you because the vast population is still catholic, so you'd be surprised what I can't get away with.

I am sixteen in choir and theater programs. All my friends are LGBT, though I am very much none of those. I have a high interest in learning and put great value into education. If you ask me how I feel I will always be honest. My favorite colors are blue and green. I detest the melodrama my age group spouts. Often many of what I find to be reasonable comments are over looked because of how Sally May can't go a week without a boyfriend, ect. I am good at giving advice and will always try my best to give it in full. Remember though, advice is useless unless you actually follow it.

My personal word for the wise; 'once one knows, they forget what it's like to have never known.' Therefore, try to be patient with less experienced people. They are not incapable, merely ill informed. Thank you.
