Won't happen by magick I'm afraid. Magick effects energy, the spells for physical change [weight loss, lighter hair] are coupled with effort on the casters part [exercise, washing hair with lemon juice]

Look into push-up bras and wearing cloths that make your cup size appear bigger. [Theres also surgery but I don't recommend that] whatever way you go, I hope it is your choice and not because of some guy, or small minded, shallow people.

I agree,magick can't change anything about you physically,you should accept yourself for who you are:)

Why not accept yourself for you? There's surgery and whatnot, but try a healthy mental outlook? Why do you want them? Everyone's view of beauty is different, so if it's for some guy too shallow to love you for you forget him. If it's more personal, look into changing the view of yourself. Magick cannot do physical changes like this.
