I want to transform...

take your two hands in front of you, hold them together and imagine a light flowing between them, this light is your energy. From which hand it is that send the energy out is the power hand.

Place the power hand over the candle (before lighting it) and see yourself sending that energy into the candle.

The candle is now charged

OMG. it might make you feel like a cat, if you focus.

but it would take massive amounts of energy for a person to truly transform thier body (if it is even possible), way beyond what i have ever felt from a human.

if your new, i would set my sights on learning to meditate, controlling your own energy, mind, and body. then spells.

remember, spells are just words you say while dressed funny (or naked) without energy.............. ^.^

Okay for one, you cannot psychicall change your body into any kind of animal. Its impossible on this plane. But if your on the astral planes. You can change at will and is not too hard. Because it is your spirit body and not psychical.

Changing on the psychical plane would cause a lof pain and i don't know anyone who would want to go through that. Transformation is not possible. But is possible on the astral planes.
