The plant Dhatura can also induce a zombie like stupor if given in the right doses, one would burn it in the victims house first to create the first level of trance, then mix into food, after about three days the body goes into the zombie state, if the victim is kept in this state with more datura mixed into food it can last for years, and also, the added benefit of the plants after effects are amnesia, so the victim one day just wakes up with multiple years missing, the down side to a too large dose is insanity and death, but if you want to make someone a zombie that is usually last thing on your mind.. Please don't try this, it's old school to the max.
